SmoothSide Dock Products
All SmoothSide Custom Docks are constructed from 2” x 4” 6061 Aluminum
Tubing and are Lightweight, easy to handle but strong & durable. All legs
are constructed inside the frame leaving a SmoothSide ensuring
installation and removal is a Smooth operation!
- Floating or free standing
- Standard configuration or Custom made packages to your specification
- Easy to expand your dock with more sections as required
- Build your own kits available
SmoothSide docks are not to be considered a permanent mooring for boats. Boat lifts are recommended for safe and proper mooring of boats at dock sides.

Aluminum leg docks
- Standard configuration sizes: 5’, 6’ or 8’ wide x 28’ long
Consists of: 8’ lead, two 10’ sections, & legs
- Legs can be easily adjusted to any height
- Legs suitable for soft or hard lake bottoms
- Choice of removable, modular, and easy to handle panels made of either Western Red Cedar or Plastic decking
- Brace kit recommended for over 6 feet of water depth
- Custom sizes and shape configurations to your specification also available (F , L, T and U)

Aluminum floating docks
- Recommended for water depth over 7 feet or fluctuating water depth or soft bottom lakes
- Standard configuration size: 6’, 8’ 10’ wide x 14’ to 21’ hinged sections
- Requires lead section with shore and end anchorage
- Choice of removable, modular, and easy to handle panels made of either Western Red Cedar or Plastic decking
- Marine heavy duty hollow or foam filled plastic floats (T450)
- Custom sizes and shape configurations to your specification also available (F , L, T and U)
